When offered, free shipping coupon codes are only valid for orders shipping within the United States.  It cannot be combined with any other promo codes.  Valid only for consumer orders shopping on marymeyer.com.  Not valid for wholesale orders.

PLACE ORDERS & PAY ONLINE

We accept these payment methods:
– Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

As a family-run business, orders are only filled Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST.  No orders are filled during the weekends or holidays.  All weekend and holiday orders will be filled the following business day.

The billing address you provide must match the billing address on file with the financial institution issuing the credit card.  If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined.  It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

 

SALES TAX

Tax will be applied to your order where applicable by individual states’ sales taxes on products.  Some areas & states require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order.  In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you.  The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Mary Meyer Stuffed Toys uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges.  The shipping rules are listed below.  Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges for your order.  Additional shipping charges may apply.  Mary Meyer Stuffed Toys only ships within the United States.  If you are outside the United States and would like to place an order to be delivered in the United States only, please call us at 1-800-451-4387 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST.

Standard shipping charges (3 – 7 days):
– $8.99 S&H for up to $29.99 order total
– $10.99 S&H for  up to $59.99 order total
– $15.99 S&H for  up to $99.99 order total

Baby Mats, Stick Horses, Simply Silicone, and Leika Wood shipping charges:
– Ship at $16.99 each.  Each additional Baby Mats, Stick Horse, Simply Silicone, or Leika Wood ship at $8.99 each.

To place an order via telephone, please call us at 1-800-451-4387 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST. We only accept online orders shipping within the United States.  If you are shopping outside the United States, please get in touch with our International Distributors directly to learn about Mary Meyer products sold online or in-person near you.

 

RETURNS

Change your mind?  If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days of ordering, and we will happily refund the purchase price.  Our hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind.  Please contact us to initiate a return – email consumer@marymeyer.com, or call 1-800-451-4387.

It’s easy to return a product:
– The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
– Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
– Returns will be applied to the purchasing payment method within 5 – 10 days of the date that the return is accepted.

– Original delivery fees are refunded if returns are for defective products or incorrect orders.
– You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

MISSING PACKAGE / FREE ON BOARD / FOB SHIPPING POINT

FOB shipping point, also known as FOB origin, indicates that the title and responsibility of goods transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed on a delivery vehicle.  Mary Meyer is not responsible for shipment delays or lost packages from carriers.  Any issue with deliveries will need to be addressed with the selected carrier.

 

PRICE / DESCRIPTION CHANGES / WEBSITE ERRORS

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.  Errors will be corrected where and when discovered.  Mary Meyer Corp. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, Mary Meyer Corp. will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge.  Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your Account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
