Got this as a gift for my second son when he was born. He is 8wks old and we use it almost as a weighted blanket for him in his bassinet when he is laying on his back and mildly fussing. We place this on his belly and he instantly calms down. Unexpected bonus for such a cute toy.

We have 5 of these Elephant Lovey’s for our first born and are are obsessed with them. Planning on getting the Giraffe or Lion for our 2nd thats coming this summer.
They’re perfect from baby to toddler to hold and not too overstuffed to take up all the space in your diaper bag. The feet are comforting for her to touch when upset. They’re strategically placed everywhere in bed, car, grandma’s car, daycare and one backup when the others are cleaned.

I got this for my 1 year old who’s been having trouble going to sleep. It’s been 3 days and bed time isn’t traumatic anymore. My baby is able to hold the doll to be comforted but it is flat so it doesn’t get in the way while rolling around at night. I’ll have to get a few more for emergencies.

My story is a little different. I got this for my grandson who’s 5 to support his well loved “Ellie” now gray. Ellie has lost arms and legs over the years and been easily repaired. He was getting afraid that Ellie would disintegrate and he wouldn’t be able to sleep. He asked 2 different “Santa’s” for a new Ellie and is thrilled he got one. I don’t think he’ll take it to college!
