Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within 1 – 2 billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.

Cancel an item or order

Most orders are shipped within twenty-four hours from the time you placed your order. If your order is able to be canceled, you can simply click on the cancel link for the order in your Account.

If no cancel link is available for your order, it means that we are unable to stop the shipment. Once the order is processed for shipment, you will need to initiate a return for the product. If a package is returned to shipper, undeliverable or refused, we refund the value of the merchandise (and tax if applicable) for your order. Shipping fees paid, if any, are not refundable.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, or simply does not work, we will work with you to ensure that you are issued a refund or that a replacement product is sent at no additional cost to you.

The best way to work out the return for your defective item is to login to your Account and contact the Shipper for your order. The Shipper of your order will arrange a call tag or identify some other method to compensate you for the return shipping of the damaged product. We will get another product out to you as soon as we receive the damaged product.

Missing an item

If you’re missing an item from your package, check the order summary in your account to verify all the items in your order were shipped in the same package with the same carrier.

When you place your order, you may select the option to have products shipped separately. When this happens, your order will list the separate shipments. At times, there may be a small increase in shipping fees as we try and accommodate your preference.

If the order summary or packing list indicates that all items should be in a single package, the shipper for your order should be contacted immediately. You should find the shipper’s contact information on the packing list that came with your order. You may also view this information online in your Account.

Missing Package – Free on Board – FOB Shipping Point

FOB shipping point, also known as FOB origin, indicates that the title and responsibility of goods transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed on a delivery vehicle

 

Wrong item

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, check the order summary to make sure you ordered the item correctly. If everything looks accurate, the Shipper for your order should be contacted immediately. You should find the Shipper’s contact information on the packing list that came with your order. You may also view this information online in your Account.

APO and FPO Addresses

When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.
